SEX/NUDITY 5 - There is one short sex scene. The sexual satisfaction of violence is implied.
VIOLENCE/GORE 8 - There are a multitude of horrifying and grotesque death scenes.
LANGUAGE 6 - The F-word is used a few times as are other assorted profanities.
DISCUSSION TOPICS - Going to hell, the loss of soul to evil, pain inflicted for pleasure and gruesome deaths are the focus, with casual sex thrown in for good measure.
MESSAGE - Hell is real.
